Smartmatic-TIM Statement on the latest delivery of PCOS machines and other equipment by Gene Gregorio, Spokesman

We wish to inform the public that 8,000 PCOS machines have arrived at the International Container Port on Sunday January 10 onboard vessel Yong Da 183E.
The latest batch of PCOS machines was released by the Bureau of Customs with dispatch and was immediately transported this morning to the Smartmatic TIM warehouse in Cabuyao, Laguna.
Additionally, two more shipments of 2,400 and 8,000 units have arrived yesterday onboard vessels Horai Bridge S006 and Wan Hai 172 S018, respectively. They are currently being processed and will be delivered to the warehouse after release.
Another shipment of 4,800 units of PCOS onboard vessel Yong Da 185E is expected to arrive in the next few days.
Regular deliveries will continue until February 21, when all of the 82,200 PCOS machines would have arrived in the country.
With regard to the other deliverables, we wish to inform the public that Smartmatic TIM has already completed delivery of the required number of the following items -- canvassing unit/slaptops (1,722); Consolidation and Canvassing System (CCS) central server (1); CCS Backup (1); CCS server for KBP; dominant majority and minority parties and accredited citizen’s arm (1); printers for canvassing units (1,722); generator sets (1,722), modems for CCS (2,400); Election Management System machine (1).
We would like to reassure the public that the preparations to fully automate the May polls are proceeding well -- the Filipino people can finally look forward to choosing their leaders in a transparent and credible elections.
